  On 3-18-17 I placed a order which was one large pizza half vegetable and the other half cheese and pineapple. The pizza guy that took the order first informed me that my wait time would be one hour and forty five minutes. I told that was fine. He then asked what was my method of payment and I told him cash. He then changed the delivery time to forty five minutes. I spent $39.99 on a large pizza, 8pc chicken wings and a garden salad only to receive my food in 15minutes with a raw pizza. I called back and asked to speak to the manager the same guy answered the phone and said that he was the manager. I told him about my experience and he offered to replace the pizza after i got upset. I Will NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy food is GROSS!

  Yesterday 1/22/17 my wife called and ordered for pick up at 3:44 and was told the order would be ready in 30 to 40 minutes. Got there after 45 minutes and cashier asked for the name under order told him it was under Lorena. The total was over $25 so I gave him a $50 Bill I was told they don't accept bills over $20 I asked him to see the manager since it was not posted. Manager told me the same thing but said she would accept it this time. They gave me my change. My order was not ready after 50 minutes now. I asked the guy to get order he looked around and never came back. Asked another employee, he went to look and came back saying he couldn't locate it he then went to ask the manager who was very uncooperative. The manager said it would take another 30 to 40 minutes. I got upset and asked for my money back. I asked the manager why her employees are saying order in 30 to 40 minutes if its not true. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years I will not order from this store again! Manager did not have good managerial skills. Also have to mention they gave me my $50 dollar bill plus the original change they gave me, I could have walked away but I was honest enough to return the change back to them. I am a veteran of the USMC and I don't believe in stealing.

  Orderd a Chicken Alfredo pasta with EXTRA sauce , and they had the nerv to send me a burned dried up pasta!!! Called to complain and I was told by the manager Jacklyn R. that they don't have any more past...... Really??? No more pasta? Hmmmm.... Y not call the customer and inform them you no more pasta, instead of sending a burnt ass pasta!!! Never Again!!!! You guys suck!!
